New rankings for a new month These are the top ten most potent smartphones available today.
The AnTuTu benchmarking platform released its ranking of the top 10 most powerful smartphones available in China in March 2025, as is customary, in early April. Vivo's most recent flagship phone, which also includes the Redmi K80 Pro, a smartphone with features similar to the newly released POCO F7 Ultra, tops the list.
As seen in the image below, AnTuTu's ranking of the "Top 10" most powerful smartphones in China for March included the new Vivo X200 Pro at the top. With a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, this flagship phone received a total score of 2,902,298 points in our most recent analysis.
In a similar vein, two IQOO models occupy the two remaining podium positions: the IQQO Neo10 Pro, which comes in third with 2,817,285 points, and the IQQO 13, which comes in second with 2,885,754 points. Notably, the IQQO Neo10 Pro also has the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, while the IQQO 13 is powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
In terms of AnTuTu rankings, the Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered OnePlus 13 and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro rank fourth and fifth, respectively, with scores of 2,789,969 and 2,789,528, respectively.
With scores of 2,712,889, 2,681,174, and 2,641,716 respectively, the realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition, realme GT 7 Pro, and OPPO Find X8 Pro occupy the next three positions on AnTuTu's rankings. Regarding their processors, the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 powers the OPPO device, while the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite powers the realme models.
With a combined score of 2,629,715 points, the new Redmi K80 Pro, which is also powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, is the ninth most powerful smartphone available today. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400-powered OPPO Find X8, which scores 2,628,855 points on the renowned benchmark, is the final phone in the AnTuTu Top 10 ranking.
