Google Chrome 135 has a significant redesign when it launches on Android. Update immediately
A recent update to Chrome for Android drastically alters the browser's appearance. As you scroll through web pages, the navigation bar vanishes thanks to version 135's edge-to-edge design. The outcome is obvious: a much cleaner appearance reminiscent of other Google apps and more room to display content. Even though the modification might not seem like much, it greatly enhances how websites look on mobile devices.
9to5Google claims that the browser now has a dynamic bottom bar that vanishes on its own when you scroll down. It lets websites extend to the edge of the screen and has been internally dubbed the "chin" by the developers. Only when the page loads or you go back to the top of the page does the static bar show up.
Google has already stated that this update will eventually be available for tablets and smartphones with conventional navigation buttons. It makes sense to roll out the new design gradually, first testing it on a smaller number of devices to fix any problems before making it available to everyone.
Although Google will decide when to enable the new edge-to-edge design, you can now update Chrome to version 135 from Google Play. Be patient and make sure you have the most recent version of the interface if you want to try it out. It should be accessible on your phone within the next few days. We will have to wait as Google, as usual, releases new features gradually rather than all at once.
