A straightforward method to remove copied clipboard contents for privacy

When you copy anything, it is kept in the clipboard and can be retrieved again when using the paste command. With Windows 10, it has become possible to keep a record of the last 25 copy operations, not just the last one, through the "Clipboard History" feature. You may want to get rid of that data if you share the computer with someone else, so in this post we will learn about a way to get rid of that data that was copied to the clipboard.

To get rid of the contents of the clipboard in all versions of Windows, you will execute a very simple command as follows: Open the Run command window by pressing the Windows button + the letter R, then type the following command: %windir%\System32\cmd.exe /c "echo off | clip"  and press OK

You can also create a shortcut to do this when you click on it, as shown in the pictures.

Then put the command in this box and click next

Then smell the file and press ok

When you run this file, it will clear the registry or clipboard, and this trick works on Windows versions from 7 to 10.
