Use Janus Pro 7B to generate free images. DeepSeek's New AI Is Better Than Everyone's

Recently, DeepSeek, an open-source AI chatbot, was launched and presents itself as a more powerful, accurate, and profitable alternative to ChatGPT.
Now, DeepSeek has just unveiled the Janus Pro 7B, an AI imaging model that goes head-to-head with OpenAI’s DALL-E 3. Below, we tell you everything we know about this AI and how to use it for free.
Janus Pro 7B is an imaging AI developed by the same Chinese startup behind DeepSeek. It is a multimodal model that can generate images from text (prompts) and analyze images thanks to its high level of graphic content compression.
In fact, the DeepSeek team told Reuters that the Janus Pro 7B outperforms DALL-E 3 and Stable Diffusion at generating images using text signals. One of the novel features of the Janus Pro 7B is its architecture, which unifies image understanding and generation into a single process, even though the two tasks are coded in separate ways.
In short, the great advantage that Janus Pro 7B has over its competitors seems to be that it interprets instructions more accurately and provides better image analysis. It is also worth noting that it is open source and free (unlike DALL-E).
- How to use Janus Pro 7B for free
As an open-source and free AI, Janus Pro 7B is now available for use across platforms that host image generation models. One of the most popular sites of this type is Hugging Face, which already has a section available to try Janus Pro 7B for free and without registration.
- Go to the Janus Pro 7B section in Hugging Face (link we leave you below).
- Scroll down to the Text-to-Image Generation section.
- In the "Claim" box, type a description of the image you want. We recommend that you write it in English and be very specific in your instructions.
Finally, click on “Generate Images,” and that’s it. Now you have to wait for a few minutes while the images are generated. Four images will be generated; you can download them by pressing the (↓) button, and that’s it.
