These 20 Companies Offer Remote Work With Salaries Over $100K
Remote work opportunities have dropped significantly from the levels we were used to during and after the pandemic. However, there are still a large number of companies advocating for this type of employment.
FlexJobs, a subscription service for remote job seekers, recently released its annual list of the top 100 companies hiring remote workers in 2025. Its study is based on more than 60,000 companies that posted jobs on its website between January and December 2024.
In this regard, the company noted a 20% increase in the number of remote job offers in 2024 compared to 2023, returning to similar growth levels to those recorded in 2022 in this type of work. Of the list provided, about 70% of the offers are for mid-level or more experienced positions.
This is a rebound in a context that has seen a general decline in remote work opportunities. According to the Wall Street Journal, only 8% of LinkedIn’s jobs were remote in December 2024, compared to 18% in early 2022.
However, workers with some salary power seem to want to find opportunities that allow remote work. In this regard, according to CNBC, Ladders, a job portal for six-figure ground-based positions, reported that 10.4% of jobs paying $250,000 or more in the United States were advertised as remote in the third quarter of 2024, compared to 8.8% in the second quarter.
While the technology and finance sectors have seen reduced remote work options, there are certain companies embracing this method in order to “save the costs associated with reducing office space and the benefits of having geographically diverse talent."
