Download the tool from the link below the post, and after extracting the file, run the dfControl.exe file located in the dfControl folder to open this interface. Click on Disable Windows Defender, and it will be completely disabled, and the tool interface will change.
By clicking on Open security center in the tool, Windows Defender settings will open, and you will find the following message indicating that it is disabled.
To restart Windows Defender, open the tool again, then click on Enable Windows Defender, and it will start immediately without the need to restart the computer.
