The final version of Windows 11 has finally been released and you can download and use the original MSN version from the PCD website for free. In terms of appearance, the biggest changes have happened to the toolbar. Microsoft has concentrated the application icons in this area, made the notification area cleaner and considered a new start button and menu for Windows 11.
Windows 11 is available on eligible devices starting today, with a new design and a host of new features designed to simplify your PC and help you be more productive. However, keep in mind that Microsoft is releasing Windows 11 in stages, so not everyone will have access to it at first. The older your device is, the longer you may have to wait to be prompted for an upgrade. Here are the best new features of Windows 11 that have been announced so far.
Android apps will naturally be built through the new Microsoft Store. A change that Windows users have been waiting for for years. However, be aware that support for Android apps is not part of the first version of Windows 11, but will come with another version in the coming months. Although you can access Android apps on your Windows 10 in certain cases, Windows 11 is the first time that everyone can download them directly to your PC.
Adds widgets to the user interface. A customizable AI-powered feed that pops out to display information like news, weather, a quick glance at your calendar and to-do list, and your recent photos. Widgets are similar to the news and interests feature in the recent Windows 10 update.
It builds the Microsoft Teams video chat platform directly into the operating system, providing easy access for everyday use. You can communicate with other teams on Windows, Android, Mac or iOS.
It allows you to easily create separate virtual desktops for each part of your life and customize them with different wallpapers, so you can create a desktop for personal use, work, school, gaming or anything else. And easily switch between them.
When you are working in a bunch of open windows, it allows you to arrange them in different arrangements on the screen and saves all of these windows in that order.
Snap Groups are collections of open windows that you've saved in Snap Layouts and found on the taskbar for easy access to call back, so you can use them as a group.
New features of Windows 11 24H2:
Windows Recall:
Replay is one of the most important new features. It's a program that runs in the background and captures a snapshot of everything you see and do on your computer, making it possible to easily search in natural language for everything you've ever done on your computer.
The app has a timeline interface that runs at the top of the screen, allowing the user to go back and scroll through all the shots that were recorded in a time period. Playback is able to document anything it sees on the screen, including apps, sentences, web pages, documents, photos, videos, and more.
By browsing, you can search for almost anything you've done or seen. For example, a user can type "find the dinosaur photo Sarah sent me" and the AI will be able to display the exact moment that image was shared with you.
Microsoft says this feature is 100% privacy focused. All data generated by the readout is handled by the device's neural processing unit and is never sent to the cloud to be processed. Microsoft says it doesn't use any of the playback data to train its AI models, and assures us that the data never leaves your computer. User can turn it off if they don't want to use refresh.
Windows Studio Effects
Microsoft is updating Windows Studio Effects to become even more advanced, with new AI and artistic optical filters that can be applied to your webcam video feed in any app.
The new artificial intelligence lighting feature will help improve your video quality in low light environments. This will help you remove any noise in the video feed and brighten your face to look like you had a ring light or face light on. The art filters are also amazing.
Live Captions
A new accessibility feature called "Live Captioning" is coming to Copilot+ computers, which uses artificial intelligence to translate live or pre-recorded audio and video in more than 40 different languages in real-time, right on the device.
Also, Microsoft has moved the Live Subtitles button to the very top of the Windows 11 Control Center, making it easier to access and activate it when needed. Now you can still understand people who don't understand your language using artificial intelligence in live captioning.
Cocreator
With Cocreator, Microsoft introduces new on-device generative AI capabilities that can generate images and text based on user-supplied suggestions. In Paint, Cocreator can help bring your design to life. You can draw a basic sketch and tell Cocreator what you want the image to be, and it will try to build on your basic sketch. Also, the Photos software has been updated with a built-in image generator component.
Microsoft Copilot
Microsoft plans to deliver more improvements with the 24H2 version of Microsoft Copilot for Windows, including the introduction of the Windows Copilot PWA. Unlike previous releases, Windows Copilot in 24H2 is now a full web app, meaning you can drag and pin it around the screen like a regular app.
It also has an upgraded user interface, with a dedicated area for chatting with Copilot, along with a sidebar that tracks the various topics of your conversations with Copilot. You can also access Copilot's plugins and notebook from this sidebar.
Copilot is now treated like an app, you can finally place the icon anywhere on the taskbar or start menu. Additionally, you can right-click on the icon to remove it from the quick access bar, and you can even delete it if you don't intend to use it.
Phone Link
Telephony: Microsoft is working on several improvements to the telephony capabilities between Windows and Android devices with the 24H2 version update. There's a new app called "Mobile Device Manager" that lets you connect your phone to your computer without needing the Phone Link app for basic features like photo notifications, as well as the ability to set your phone up as a webcam for Add a computer. Phone Link is still around and will remain the best way to sync text messages and notifications between your phone and computer.
Energy Saver
Power Saver: Microsoft is redefining the way battery saver and power options work with 24H2, introducing a new "Power Saver" mode that applies to both battery-powered and non-battery-powered computers.
The new power saving mode reduces the power consumption of your computer by reducing system performance. This will help increase battery life in laptops and reduce power consumption from the wall in desktop computers.
When activated, even desktop computers will see a power saving icon in the system tray, similar to the battery life display on laptops, only without the battery percentage. The goal of energy saving is to keep your computer running optimally, reducing your carbon footprint.
Microsoft has also added more controls to the Power and Battery area in the Modern Settings section. Now you can adjust the lid and power button controls and even configure your computer to go to sleep after a set amount of time. Previously, these controls were only configurable in the Classic Control Panel application.

Minimum system requirements for Windows 11:
- Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor.
- RAM: 4 gigabytes or more
- Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device (such as a hard drive or SSD)
- System Firmware: UEFI and Secure Boot capable
- TPM 2.0 : Trusted Platform Module 2.0 (common on motherboards manufactured after 2016)
- Graphics Card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
- Display: An HD display at least 720p (1280×720) resolution larger than 9″ diagonal, 8-bits per color channel
- Note: Currently, in order to install the TPM 2.0 Compliant version of Windows 11, your system must support TPM 2.0, which apparently includes Intel 8000 series processors and later (8th Gen) and AMD Ryzen 3000 series and later processors (some new processors do not support either). If your processor includes the mentioned series, to activate TPM 2.0, go to the UEFI Bios of your system and enable the following options for your processor:
Intel processor: PTT option
AMD processor: FTPM option
Also, make sure to enable the Secure Boot option in the UEFI Bios. Otherwise, if you cannot install this version, install the Non TPM 2.0 version, which does not require TPM 2.0 and is installed on all new and old systems.
1. After downloading all parts, extract the first part with Winrar program.
2. Burn the ISO file on a DVD with Nero, CloneDVD, etc., or put it on a flash drive with the help of Rufus , and then install Windows as bootable.
