This means that the new subscription mode is currently in the middle of a testing period, and is expected to reach the entire world later. To give you an idea, among the selected users in the German country, the price of this subscription appears to cost €5.99 per month or $11.99 AU.

Of course, at the moment there is still some uncertainty about the future of the YouTube Premium Lite plan as a subscription offering. It has also not been officially announced whether the functionality will be extended to the rest of the regions, but it will undoubtedly be a very attractive option for many.
