The trick you don't know about your Samsung phone: This is how you can improve call quality in seconds
We'll explain how to improve the audio quality of your calls when using a Samsung Galaxy phone with One UI. We'll do this using a little-hidden feature that lets you make the microphone highlight your voice during calls.
You can do this both in traditional calls and via WhatsApp and other messaging apps. This is because it is not a setting for a specific application, but rather a microphone setting that you can use in any application. This feature is called Clear Calling.
Using Clear Calling is fun because of its interface. Let’s understand exactly how to enable these features step by step.
The first thing you need to do is start a phone call. It doesn't matter if it's a traditional call using the phone app or if you're using voice calls from a messaging app.
Now, swipe twice from the top of the screen to access the One UI quick settings menu. In this menu, tap on the Microphone mode option that will appear if you are using the microphone in an app at that moment.
This will open a screen with options related to the microphone mode you use during the call. On this screen, choose the Voice focus option. By doing this, the microphone will give more importance to your voice, reduce background noise, and your calls will sound better.
This feature was introduced in the Galaxy S24 and is gradually reaching other Samsung phones with the new One UI updates.
