Backups are very important, and when we keep the photos that represent our life memories, they are even more important.

Google Photos is probably the most used cloud photo storage app out there, and it now includes a new backup feature, which essentially lets you automatically upload a folder from your computer.

That is, every time you access Google Photos on the web, it will search for the folders you specified for it, and every time there are new photos and videos, they will be automatically uploaded without you having to do anything.

Once this feature is available, you need to tap on the “Upload” button present in the application bar, and then select the “Backup Folders” option.

With this, the system will ask you to select the corresponding folders, after which you must grant Google Photos permission to back them up.

Then, when you open this menu, you will be able to access the folder backup window that will show us the specific files that you can delete and add as many new files as possible.

Although you'll have to manually go into the Google Photos site on your desktop, then select the folder again to grant permissions again, the fact is that you're getting rid of having to select and drag files.

This is one of the new features that Google Photos, the cloud storage app for photos and videos, is getting, which has been getting a lot of other new features recently, not just interface changes, but also new features like changes to Memories.
