PayPal is known worldwide for having a strong and reliable payment intermediary system, but the company’s recent decision has raised all the alarms. However, there is a very simple way to deactivate it.

Without a doubt, if you are a user of this application, you will be familiar with one of the most popular money transfer mechanisms out there, since it replaces the typical operations that you can carry out in traditional banking entities. Specifically, you can put a balance in your wallet and send money from there to other people, but you also have the possibility to link your credit card and make payments using your devices, either through your mobile phone or your computer.
It seems like the perfect system to manage your income and transfers, but the problem came when we learned that the purpose of this tool is to reveal confidential information to other companies, which is definitely not pleasant for users. Is there a way to avoid this bad situation?
To use the deactivate this setting when it appears to everyone, we must have a computer, since it must be managed on the official PayPal website.
The first thing you need to do is log in to your PayPal account by directly entering your username and password. Once you enter the interface, click on the walnut icon at the top right to access the settings. Next, go to the “Data & Privacy” tab. Now, scroll until you find Manage Sharing Information and enter Custom Purchases. Uncheck this option and you will now be exempt from sharing your data with third parties.
