How to solve the problem of slow computer when starting Windows?

We all know the "lag time" required for any operating system when starting the Windows main interface after completing the configuration and loading of Windows programs and services.

Of course, during this period you cannot open any programs, as Windows is interested in implementing some new operations that must first be recorded in the RAM. But did you know that there is a trick that can free you from this waiting time?

The time delay depends on the number of processes and programs in the Startup settings. Through this simple trick, we will try to reduce the time required for Windows to initialize applications and programs or even disable the time delay completely. But it should be noted that this feature works great with SSDs than with HDDs.

Open the Registry Editor by pressing the Windows key and the letter R key at the same time, then typing Regedit in the box and pressing Enter.

On the left of the logs window, you'll need to access this path, or you can copy and paste it into the top address bar.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Serialize

If you find that the Serialize key does not already exist, you will have to create a new one, right click on Explore, choose New and rename it to Serialize.

Now right click on the Serialize key and select New then DWORD (32-bit) Value, rename the new value to StartupDelayInMSec.

Next you will need to modify this value. Double-click on the new StartupDelayInMSecvalue value and make sure the Value data box is set to 0.

This way you are completely free from the long waiting period required when the system starts up so that you can run your necessary applications and business programs. Remember, if you encounter any problems or delays that are longer than usual, you will need to go back to the registry editor again and delete the StartupDelayInMSecvalue value by right-clicking on it and selecting Delete.
