Honor announces its new budget phone Honor X7c
Honor has officially announced its new phone Honor X7c, which is one of the versions offered by the Chinese company in the economic category with a cheap price. However, the phone has some notable features such as a large-capacity battery.
The phone comes with a 6.77-inch TFT LCD screen with HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, noting that the screen is capable of reaching a maximum brightness of 850 candles, with the ability to reduce the brightness to the lowest possible level in dark environments.
The display houses an 8MP front camera in a hole at the top of the screen, and the area around the camera allows notifications, call duration, and some other system functions to be displayed through Honor's Magic Capsule feature, which is very similar to the Dynamic Island feature in the new iPhones.
The Honor X7c is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor, paired with 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage.
The phone carries a 108-megapixel primary rear camera, along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone is based on the MagicOS 8.0 operating system based on Android 14, and is powered by a 6000 mAh battery with support for 35-watt fast charging.
It is worth noting that the phone comes with a durable design that can absorb shocks, is water and dust resistant with an IP64 rating, and includes stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm wired headphone port.
The Honor X7c is available in several colors, including green, black, and white, and its price starts at $200, and it is expected to be launched in several countries in the coming weeks.
