Google Translate is updating its instant translation app with this useful feature
If you are traveling abroad, one of the essential apps you should have on your mobile phone is the relevant Google Translate.
Google Translate has been improved in recent years, with many new features being added, such as its ability to work offline, or the inclusion of features such as a live translator and a dual-screen conversation mode for foldable devices.
Google Translate also has an interesting instant translation feature that provides us with uninterrupted translation while typing.
As seen in the latest preview version of Google Translate for Android, this instant translation mode will include other actions like voice output, definitions display, and grammar help, options that are currently inaccessible as it's still in beta.
Another feature that will arrive with the new version of Google Translate is related to the history of deleted results. The application currently allows us to delete results from the translation history, however, this action cannot be undone.
If you make a mistake deleting results from your translation history, Google is adding an option to undo the deleted translation.
So the translations that you deleted, but want to keep in the end, you can restore them.
Currently, neither of these features are available in a stable release, so we'll have to wait for them to be rolled out to everyone soon.
