TCL Nxtpaper phones give you a unique reading experience

TCL explores the world of smartphones with the launch of the new Nxtpaper series of phones, these phones feature eye-friendly Matte screens and amazing Max Ink Mode technology, learn about the specifications and features of the TCL 50 Pro Nxtpaper 5G and 50 Nxtpaper 5G phones.

As we described earlier, TCL is launching its new Nxtpaper series of phones, mid-range phones featuring matte displays designed to be easy on the eyes. The TCL 50 Pro Nxtpaper 5G and 50 Nxtpaper 5G follow the launch of two budget models earlier this year, with an important addition: a button that puts the screen into a distinctive “Max Ink Mode.”

What is Max Ink Mode?

The Nxtpaper button is a two-stage slider that puts the screen into a monochrome mode that mimics e-ink technology. Turning on Max Ink Mode also silences notifications and presents app icons in a wired style as if you were using an E Ink display, which is pretty cool. This mode also increases battery life, and TCL claims you can get up to seven days of reading time with it – as if you were holding a regular phone that you could turn into a Boox Palma with the push of a button.
