Microsoft Unveils OneDrive Copilot, Your Personal Assistant in the World of Files

Microsoft is preparing to launch new updates to its OneDrive Copilot intelligent assistant during a digital event to be held on October 8. This event is expected to include an announcement of the latest  AI innovations in Microsoft 365 and OneDrive, in addition to improvements to the OneDrive mobile app and an improved photos experience.

What to expect from OneDrive Copilot?

Microsoft promises to announce new details about Copilot in OneDrive, including new features that will be added to the smart assistant. Copilot is expected to help users manage and organize files more effectively, as well as provide quick answers to work and education-related queries.

Copilot Special Event

Ahead of the main event in October, Microsoft will host a special event for Copilot on September 16. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and VP of AI at Work Jared Spataro will be at the event, where they will talk about the future of Copilot and Microsoft’s future plans for AI.

OneDrive Copilot

Microsoft is expected to announce a subtle rebranding of its business-oriented Copilot assistant. These changes will be aimed at attracting more businesses to sign up for Microsoft 365, which costs $30 per user per month.
