Remember that Camera Assistant is a photography app that lets you tweak the behavior of some of Samsung's mobile camera features, such as the telephoto lens zoom, and you can force it to work even in low-light conditions. Older models include additional features like a 2x zoom option in portrait mode that uses on-sensor cropping instead of digital zoom for better quality photos.
Likewise, this app also lets you perform distortion correction, prioritize focus over shutter speed (and vice versa), and customize all sorts of parameters like the number of photos taken when using the timer function to take temporary photos, and the camera duration.
If you have one of the 40 Samsung phones above and want to install Camera Assistant on it, simply download it from: Galaxy Store
Once you have installed the app on your Galaxy smartphone, simply open the stock Samsung Camera app, access its settings and tap on the “Camera Assistant” option.
