Android 15 feature will make it reach iOS level

Evidence has been found in Android 15 QPR1 Beta 1 that Google is working on this feature, which will allow you to sync notifications, so that once you dismiss them on one device, they will disappear from the notification bar on other Android devices linked to your Google account.
When will the new Android 15 feature arrive?
Unfortunately, nothing is certain, we don't know if the feature will arrive with Android 15, in a later version or if it will arrive at all, the good news is that if it does arrive, it will not be an exclusive feature for Pixel devices and will be available for all Android devices.
