Earlier this month, Samsung announced the Exynos W1000 processor based on the 3nm manufacturing technology, and now the company has officially confirmed the existence of another chip with the same manufacturing technology, the Exynos 2500 processor.

This confirmation came during Samsung's latest financial report, where the company also revealed that the System LSI division is focusing on ensuring a stable supply of the Exynos 2500 processor to support "flagship products." Samsung did not name these "flagship products," but the Exynos 2500 processor can be expected to power the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ phones in some markets next year.

The Korean brand also said that it received positive feedback on the Exynos W1000 processor; hence, it is confident about the Exynos 2500 processor which is manufactured using the second-generation GAA process.
