Huawei launches Huawei Nova Flip .. a very light and slim foldable phone
Huawei is no stranger to the foldable phone market. If there’s one thing that sets the brand apart in this group, it’s releasing thin and light phones, which in itself is a challenge for this type of design. It did it before with the Huawei Mate X3, and it’s doing it again with the new Huawei Nova Flip.
Launched in China, this mobile phone features a foldable style similar to clamshell mobile phones. In addition, it is a premium mid-range, which slightly increases its availability for different budgets, and offers interesting features that we will learn about below.
Flip phones are one of the best options when you want devices that can be really compact. Huawei's option gives you the chance to get a phone that is not only in this category, but also thin and lightweight. The thickness of the phone when unfolded is only 6.9 mm, while its weight ranges between 195 and 199 grams. Huawei claims that it can be folded 1.2 million times, which ensures its durability.
The inner display is the hero of the two, measuring 6.94 inches, with an LTPO OLED panel, FHD+ resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
