Install the Windows 10 Superlite Version of Ghost Spectre.
While installing Ghost Spectre Windows 10 Superlite Version on your computer, nothing new is happening. If you are familiar with the standard clean installation procedures, you should be fine to go.
Nevertheless, if you are unsure about performing it, take the following actions:
To build the bootable media, download Rufus.
Launch Rufus and use a USB drive and the ISO file you obtained earlier to build the bootable media.
Next, restart your computer.
During the startup process, press one of the function keys to access the Windows startup menu.

Choose the bootable media when you boot into the Windows Boot Menu.

Windows will automatically reboot into the setup after all of this is finished. Windows will then identify and install any necessary hardware before making its final restart. When you first access the desktop, you will be presented with a screen where you may select the OS version (22H2, 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 20H1), enter the version number in the box, and click OK.
Restarting will restore full functionality to the OS.
