PlayStation announces new Astro Bot PS5 DualSense! Meet the new Astro Bot
The DualSense will soon get a limited edition based on Astro Bot , Sony's new exclusive game. It will have colors and details inspired by the character that gives the game its name, and will be released alongside the title, which arrives exclusively for PS5 on September 6.
Its predominant color is white, but it will also have details in the character's characteristic blue on the grips, and soft lines on the surface. In addition, it will also feature the famous three-dimensional eyes on top of the DualSense touch pad. It will cost $79.99 in the US and, so far, its price has not been disclosed here in Brazil.
Game will be a tribute to PlayStation's 25th anniversary
Astro Bot promises to be a game with a series of references to Sony games. In its launch trailer, it is possible to see the character interacting with characters such as Kratos, from God of War , and Aloy, from Horizon. It is expected that these special appearances will increase throughout the game, which will feature more than 80 levels in 6 different galaxies.
In addition, it promises a series of innovative interactions with Dual Sense. It will be possible to use it in different ways, such as tilting it to control a ship, and making movements as if you were pulling an enemy.
Finally, it will also have sound effects, different vibrations in some parts of the controller, and other surprises not yet revealed, which will only be discovered when the game is officially released in September.
DualSense will also have a special Concord edition
Another exclusive Sony game that will also receive a special edition controller is Concord. The joystick, which will have a very limited run, will feature references to the game's universe. In other words, it will have designs inspired by the game's scenarios covering the entire front of the accessory, and a predominant graphite color.
