Google is ending its note-taking experiment in search results

Google has announced that it has decided to end the experiment of adding colored notes to search results, which allowed users to add colored comments to links in the application.

This experiment was launched in research labs last November, and although it was similar to some other features available on other platforms, it did not receive enough attention to justify its official launch.

According to Ashley Thompson, a Google spokeswoman, the research labs are used as a space for bold experiments, and not all experiments conducted will be released publicly.

This experiment is an attempt to help people share their knowledge directly in search results, and while it will soon end, the cancellation announcement remains part of Google's strategy of testing new features and taking lessons learned to improve the user experience in the future.
