RIOT – a small tool to optimize the size of an image for the purpose of locating it on the Internet. The software supports many input image formats that can be converted to JPG, GIF or PNG. RIOT allows you to select the necessary image size and visually compare the original image with the compressed image using binary window mode and compare it to pixels.
