Overall Comment:"A significant advantage is local support that is faster and better than any other platform we use. The ability to get a real person and not a frustrating chat app matches Adform's overall focus on service and the better experience we find we get.
Since we have a great collaboration and the possibility of talking to people we actually know, it is easier for them to advise us and introduce new features relevant for us.
They are also open to our suggestion - at the moment this includes looking into a solution enabling us to automatically evaluate how well medias perform on a wide range of custom metrics, so we can see the quality of the medias and thereby how meaningful they create connections to the end consumer.
Adform's product portfolio also means they have added insights and features, which standalone platforms lack.
One example of this is video, where we see Adform consistently deliver premium inventory at a higher quality in side-by-side comparisons.
Adform has a great local market knowledge and have the formats we need from High Impact formats to video, further the local data providers are accessible in the system."
What do you like most about the product or service?
Adform tends to launch products to market faster and be more agile than what is typical in the industry. I also find that they are good at providing training and getting feedback to evolve what they are building.
For us it is of great importance that we have deep control of the inventory we buy, so we can use quality placements on local premium publishers.
Other DSPs - especially the US focused ones - don't have the same capabilities, as they prioritize achieving the lowest CPM price and therefor buy extremely broadly, lacking control functionality and possibility of having a focus on quality.
We have been getting excellent value from Adform's XD capabilities and find their focus and leadership in the 1st-party area very attractive as the industry continue to change.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?
Probably the disadvantage / tradeoff of Adform's approach of rapidly launching new features and then evolving them in response to feedback is that sometimes they are probably not tested cautiously enough and bugs therefor occur, which is not optimal.
Less a dislike than a point of occasional frustration; Adform ofter delivers a slightly different approach to their product offering, which is informed by their expertise working cross market and within the more strict requirements of Europe.
This is a major asset for us but can also mean we have to explain or catch up other members of our international teams, who are more familiar with traditional US-first tools.

What do you like most about the product or service?
Adserver/DCO-feature: Flexible, manageable and easy to navigate. Outstanding customer service: Adform is easy to reach out to, quick to reply, always share insightful answers and can show up at our office when we are working on complex solutions and work together with us on how to solve these.
Reporting: With their custom report feature we can easily create all the reports and combinations we need for all different kind of clients. Very easy to use, extremely flexible and the face that you can share reports with other users have spared us much time internally. Hyperlocal targeting: Adform offers the most accurate an precise targeting in the Norwegian market.
What do you dislike most about the product or service?
Platform bugs: Adform have a few platform bugs, and it often requires us to clear cache and delete cookies before being allowed into the platform.
Can be rather frustrating when its last a while. Inventory management: It's hard to see which deals are active on inventory management level, and it would help a lot if we could sort the order of the inventory sources ourselves, as the search function have been rather limited.
Troubleshooting campaigns: The information you get in the platform is rather limited when you're trying to find out why a campaign is not delivering and it usually causes us to have to contact support. But on the positive side, their support team is really quick and very knowledgeable.
