Review PDFelement to edit, create and convert PDF files
PDFelement is one of the most powerful programs in the field of editing and creating PDFs quickly and professionally, and it is produced and developed by Wondershare Technology and supported by artificial intelligence. You can take advantage of the program to edit any PDF file on your device, and even create this type of file from scratch, as is the case with the famous Adobe Acrobat program. The program does not stop its limits on creation and modification, but goes far beyond that, which we will explain in detail in this article.
PDFelement features:
As I mentioned above, the program allows you to deal with any PDF file on your device, in terms of modifying it by adding text and images, as well as deleting some of the contents of these files and many other things such as the ability to modify the images inside the file without affecting their quality. The program also allows you to create a PDF file from scratch, and add any content inside it, whether text content, images, or both, with full control over the quality of the font used in writing, color and font size, as well as you can format the content to appear in the appropriate way for you.
PDFelement allows you to convert PDF files to Office files, meaning that you can convert a PDF file to Word, Excel or PowerPoint according to your desire. One of the features of the program is that it allows you to merge more than one file to get one file, and there is a tool in the program that allows you to compress a PDF file to reach a suitable size and high quality. The program contains an OCR PDF tool, which performs the work of Scan residents of any PDF file whose pages are images containing text paragraphs, as this feature is important for converting the content of those pages into text paragraphs that are easy to edit later.
What is special about the program now is that it has become dependent on artificial intelligence techniques, as there is a set of tools for that AI tools, for example, you will find a tool that allows you to summarize a PDF file with artificial intelligence, another tool for translation, and some other professional tools. The following image is the interface of the program after installing it on Windows, where you will see the main program tools at the top as shown, where you can click on any of them according to the function you want to do, and you can directly add a PDF file from the computer by clicking on the Open PDF button at the top of the program on the right.
How to modify a PDF:
After you install the program on your device and open it, the main program interface will appear as in the image at the top, and all you have to do is click on the Edit tool or you can press the Open PDF button to open the file you want to modify it, and then the file will appear inside the program as in the following image, and you will find at the top of the program the program tools.
In order to now be able to edit the PDF file, you will click on the Edit tab from the top of the program as in the following image, and then you will see the available editing tools, such as the ability to add text or paragraph by pressing Add Text. You can also add an image to the file by clicking on Add Image, and you can also insert a link to a website by clicking on Add Link. The program allows you a very important feature, which is the ability to put a watermark on the file you are modifying by pressing Watermark, and you can put a background for the file as a whole by pressing Background and then pressing New Background and choosing a specific image from your device.
In order to be able to modify a specific image inside the PDF file you are editing, all you have to do is click on this image with the mouse, then right-click on the image, and then a set of options will appear as shown in the following image, where you will click on Edit Image, and then you will be able to rotate the image, for example, to the left Rotate Left or the right Rotate Right or even replace the image itself and so on. You can also change the dimensions of the image and crop it from the options that will appear.
You can add new images to the file you are editing by clicking on Add Image at the top of the program
Create a new PDF:
In order to be able to do this, open the PDFelement program again to show you the program's interface, and all you have to do is press the + button as shown in the following image, and from the options that appear, click on Blank PDF, and this option is specialized in creating a PDF file from scratch, where you will open a white page in which you add the content you want. As noted, there are other options for creating such as creating a PDF file from an HTML page, a scanner, or another file from your device.
Now we have opened a new blank PDF file, and you can write anything with it and add text and images through the editing tools at the top of the program.
Convert PDF to any other format:
The program gives you an important feature, which is the ability to convert a PDF file to Word, for example, or to a PowerPoint or Excel file, by opening the program and then in its main interface you will click on the Convert PDF tool as in the following image. After that, a new window will open to choose the file to be converted. We select the file, and the program then opens another new window to select the format to be converted to. All you have to do is select the format and then click on the Save button below to save the file to your device in the place you specify.
One of the options offered by the program is that you can merge more than one PDF file to get a large, combined file, by clicking on Combine PDFs on the program's main screen.
Using AI in PDFelement:
As I explained above that the program provides you with a set of artificial intelligence tools for dealing with PDF files, from the Home tab, you will find a sub-tab called AI Tools, which contains a set of tools, the most important of which is certainly the Summarize PDF tool, which allows you to summarize the whole file in lines and key points, and there is also a Translate PDF tool to translate the file professionally using artificial intelligence.
