In other words, check to see if your ads are responsive or fixed size. Create new responsive ad units if they are all fixed size, test them, and see if your AdSense earnings increase or not.
Sometimes, the opposite can also be true. For example, if all of your ads are responsive, you may see an increase in AdSense earnings if you manually create one set of fixed-size ads for desktop views and a different set of fixed-size ads for mobile views.
This is easy to achieve with a plugin like Ad Inserter, and you can choose whether you want to show a larger ad to people browsing your site from a desktop computer or a smaller ad to customers using mobile devices.
