Leica Launches Leica Cine Play 1 Luxury Home Projector
Leica has unveiled the new Leica Cine Play 1 home projector , which comes in a compact and lightweight design, and offers a premium cinematic experience with 4K resolution and a display area of up to 300 inches, making it a good choice for home cinema enthusiasts.
The Leica Cine Play 1 uses a unique laser system that delivers highly accurate colours thanks to its support for multiple HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG.
The lamp's brightness can reach up to 3,000 lumens, making it suitable for viewing content at any time of the day.
The device uses a built-in lens called Leica Summicron that delivers up to 4K resolution, allowing for detailed cinematic viewing on screens ranging in size from 65 to 300 inches. The device relies on Leica Image Optimization (LIO) technology to improve the image, which uses special algorithms to ensure natural colors, accurate gradations, and an excellent contrast ratio, and the device includes a special gaming mode that reduces the lag time to less than 12 milliseconds.
The Leica Cine Play 1 supports Apple Airplay to connect to Apple devices, in addition to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, in addition to several wired ports, such as HDMI, USB and LAN. The device contains a smart interface that allows connection to various smart home products and voice control over them.
The Leica Cine Play 1 features a compact size and an aluminium body that ensures durability and portability.
Leica also offers an optional floor stand accessory that helps position the device in multiple locations with ease, which is integrated into the design of the device itself and is sold separately.
The Leica Cine Play 1 can be purchased from authorized dealers and the official Leica website for $3,800, while the optional floor stand is available for an additional $500.
