All you have to do is go to the search box in Windows and then type taskschd.msc, which is a tool that enables you to program your computer to do tasks repeatedly and automatically.


Click on the Task Scheduler library folder with the right mouse button and then create a new task by clicking on the Create Basic Task option as shown in the image:

Now choose a name for the task; you can name it any name you want, but preferably it has a meaning, such as empty recycle bin, for example, and then press the Next button.

Choose the time when this task will be performed; for example, if you choose daily, the trash will be emptied on a daily basis.

Then in the Action option, click on the start a program option, then type the cmd.exe in the first box and paste this command in the second box as shown in the image:
/c "echo Y|PowerShell.exe -NoProfile -Command Clear-RecycleBin"

Now click on finish, and you will find that the name of this task has been added in the task table. You can try the system for this task by clicking on it, and then press run, and you will notice that the trash can has been emptied.
