1. First of all, open the Phone app on your Android device.

5. On the Connection Accounts page, scroll down and click on the Connection Settings option. Then, on the contact settings page, scroll down and click on the Call Forwarding option as shown below.
6. On the next screen, tap Forward type. You'll find many options here such as Always Forward, when Busy, when unaeded, and when unactchable. Just choose one as per your preference.
7. Now, you need to enter the number to which you want to forward your calls. The process may take a few minutes to complete.
