Minya Center, an Egyptian administrative center. It is located in Minya Governorate, located in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The administrative base of the center is Minya City, and it also includes New Minya City.

Minya, an Egyptian city nicknamed the Bride of Upper Egypt, is located in Middle Egypt on the west bank of the Nile River. The city is the capital of Minya Governorate and the administrative capital of Minya Center. Its population is approximately 977,535 people. It is 241 kilometers south of Cairo and 125 kilometers north of Assiut.

The most important agricultural crops are: cotton, wheat, corn, potatoes, sugar cane and bananas.
Tourism
Minya Governorate is considered a museum and an ancient record of historical eras that passed through Egypt, as it is considered a comprehensive record of Pharaonic, Roman, Greek, Coptic and Islamic antiquities. The most important antiquities in the governorate are Al-Lamty Mosque, Al-Amrawi Mosque, Al-Masry Mosque, Al-Fuli Mosque, Sultan's Corner, Tahna Al-Jabal, Antar Stable, and the Leaning Minaret Mosque. It also contains a temple for Queen Hatshepsut in Tell El-Amarna. There are also many Christian monasteries such as the Monastery of the Virgin Mary in Gebel El-Teir, the Church of the Holy Family in Mallawi, the Church of Father Abdel-Masih El-Menahry, the Monastery of Anba Samuel, the Monastery of Saint Abu Fana in Mallawi, and the antiquities of Ansena and Ashmunein.
