Amazon launches Amazon Haul store to buy at very cheap prices and to compete with Temu and Shein

Although Amazon is undoubtedly the world's most popular online marketplace, it's also true that there are some sectors where Seattle hasn't been able to fully establish itself, as is probably the case in fashion. However, the company led by Jeff Bezos has shopping and supermarket departments and has even tried to sell cars and even homes in recent months.

Overall, it must be admitted that the global rise of stores like Temu or Shein has brought more choice to users, especially when it comes to cheaper products, and as a result Amazon's dominant position is declining significantly quarter after quarter.

Now, Amazon has a competitor to Temu and Shein, called Amazon Haul and is released in a "beta" version in the US and offers a catalog of products at very cheap prices.

Perhaps for this reason, or because in fact it is always necessary to respond to your competitors when they are ahead of you, Amazon has introduced its own store of affordable products to compete directly with Temu or Shein, imitating the strategy of selling with discounts directly from China and thus focusing the course on buying through smartphones and mobile devices.

This new online marketplace is called Amazon Haul and is already available in the mobile-only beta, although it was released in a limited way in the US, we assume that it is trying to get the market response.

Be that as it may, Android Authority echoed the "ultra-low prices" Amazon Haul will offer, with products starting at $1 and even bags and accessories priced at just $3, $4, or $5. Obviously, this is possible when individual parcels are packaged and shipped from China directly to the buyer, so Amazon Haul will rely partly on offshore logistics and less interesting purchase terms than Amazon's.

In fact, there will be no guarantee of one-day delivery, but rather logistics services similar to those offered by Temu, with prices of $3.99 per order and much slower shipping times by air. In addition, return policies will of course be stricter, and Amazon Haul will offer the option of free shipping as long as we make a purchase worth more than $25.
